POSTE
The Client Events Manager will oversee strategic retail and client event initiatives for LVA. This person plays a key role in leading and executing activations that align with global guidelines, while supporting business objectives within the LVA region. The Client Events Manager will be present at key events to manage execution of various activations across the zone in partnership with the Regional teams.
PROFIL
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Centric & Excellence
- Oversee and execute client focused events in local markets.
- Full management and execution of events across the LVA region in partnership with Client Relations Directors, including: production schedules, floor plans, visual merchandising, IT setup, Operations, Security + budget management to ensure ROI
- Maintain consistent knowledge of new vendors and first to market venues in key markets.
- Brainstorm, strategize, and propose new event concepts and animations that support business objectives.
- Manage individual event budgets and support regions as needed to ensure they are on track with corporately funded initiatives.
Team Spirit
- Partner with regional teams to ensure event briefs are completed prior to event approval, all operational considerations completed & event recaps are completed post event
- Create event timelines for each event to share with regional teams and corporate partners
- Partner cross functionally with (not limited to) Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, IS&T, Asset Protection, Merchandising, Inventory Control + Logistics to ensure proper organization and management of all events
- External vendor management for all zone-wide events including: Identifying, building relationships with and negotiating with approved vendors.
- Partner with legal to ensure all vendor contracts are executed prior to event
- Partner with regional Client Relations teams and Visual Merchandising to execute in store animations for key festive moments throughout the year
- Challenge regional teams to ensure elevation and global brand guidelines of all event touch points.
- Partner with Central team to uphold LV standards/guidelines for all client activities in the Americas.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
