Job description
- Contract Type: Permanent / 37.5 Hours Per Week
- Salary: circa £41,600, plus Bonus
- Location: DPD Wolverhampton - Steelpark Way, Wolverhampton WV11 3BQ
- Days of Work: Typically Monday to Friday though some flexibility will be required at busy times

Our Site Manager is currently recruiting for an experienced Depot Quality Manager to join and strengthen their highly experienced depot management team.
As a Depot Quality Manager you will be instrumental in driving quality and compliance within the depot across multiple areas to include,
- Transport
- Health and Safety
- Environmental
- HR
- Self Employed Owner Drivers
- ISO
- Recruitment.
You will also support the coaching and mentoring of our office administrators and customer service advisors in delivering amazing service
What we’re looking for
- You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of quality, audits and compliance ideally gained within a transport setting. It would be advantageous if you were aware of CPC and O Licence requirements.
- You will be a confident communicator with a passion to lead, motivate and manage high performing teams whilst influencing at all levels.
- A person capable of decisive and effective decision-making, in a time pressured environment
- Someone that really enjoys resolving problems and demonstrates high levels of resilience, self-motivation and flexibility.
- You will be analytical, customer focused and highly organised
