Position: Depot Performance Co-ordinator
Location: Hayes UB3 1HJ
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4pm (option for remote working 2 days of the week)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • DHL is a strategic partner for managing a customer's global transport and depot network as a Lead Logistics Provider (LLP). With its Control Tower solution DHL manages and optimizes all in scope transport spend.
  • The primary function of this role involves engaging with the global depots on a daily basis and measuring their performance against contractual KPIs and escalating any issues/complaints to 3PL Depot Manager.
  • This role will also be required to conduct business reviews and work closely with Quality to complete CAPA investigations in line with Quality standards.
  • The role will be required to have an action plan for each depot to drive improvements within the supply chain and will also be responsible for building strong working relationships with the depots and the customer's local in-country teams to help understanding their particular requirements and challenges.
  • Along with this, the role will require the managing of projects across the network, setting deadlines that are completed in a timely manner.

  • Knowledge of Lifesciences supply chain transport capabilities
  • Knowledge of European Freight Road Network, Global Ocean and Airfreight networks
  • Capture data to measure performance against contractual KPIs
  • Experience in problem solving
  • Understanding of cultural influences on decision making and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Able to use own initiative/proactive
  • Good IT skills - excel experience to analyse data
  • Excellent customer service experience
