We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our busy Avonmouth, Bristol Depot.
Portable Offices is an innovative supplier of portable and modular building; a family owned business that operates across the UK
As Depot Manager you will proactively lead the team to ensure that we maintain our excellent reputation for providing high quality products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key activities include:
- Day to day management of the ambitious sales and operations team
- Management of the hire and sales systems and processes
- Management of the fleet of buildings
- Supporting new and existing customer relationships
- Collaborating with teams across the business to continually improve products and processes
- Cost management and supplier control
- Recruitment and selection
- Budget and financial progression
What you'll need:
· A positive, can-do attitude
· A passion for providing a first class customer experience
· Experience of leading a team
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· An ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
· To demonstrate understanding and experience of managing health and safety practices
· Ability to take ownership and deliver.
· Previous experience of hire would be a distinct advantage
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is negotiable based on experience
