This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a love of travel and outstanding customer service. We are a family run business dealing with a fantastic fleet of Motorhome's and Campervan's at our Edinburgh location.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual that is used to a high pace of work and problem solving. Meticulous attention to detail is required because what we are offering is a hotel suite on wheels. All our motorhomes are new and we take great pride in supplying a fabulous, trouble free experience for our inbound tourists. The job will include the general day to day running of the depot, taking customer enquiries and payments, dealing with customers over the phone and face to face, organising vehicles to be prepared for hire, spot checks on vehicles and organising staffing levels to cover bookings due out and returns. You must be able to work either on your own or as part of a team with an enthusiastic approach to both customers & staff alike. You will be working closely with senior management on ideas to improve workflow and increase sales.
For the right candidate, this opportunity is very rewarding with a great salary and benefits, , our hours of operation are: Monday – Friday 08.00-18.00pm Saturday 08.00am-14.00pm Sunday 09.00am-12.00noon. Your contracted hours will be 45 per week, due to the volume of business, this could vary, and the right candidate will need to be flexible & work with the business needs in mind.
