Tructyre has an exciting opportunity for a Depot Manager to join the team based in West Bromwich. You will be joining on a Full-time permanent basis working 47.5 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £37,249 per annum

Our mission is to De-risk Britain’s Fleets by offering complete, commercial tyre management to our nationwide client’s. This includes tyre maintenance, tyre supply and 24/7 rapid emergency assistance.
In the UK our team of 600 colleagues work across a warehouse network, regional depots, and our customer experience centre to take care of our customers.
What can a Depot Manager expect?
Your days will be varied and can require you to adapt in an everchanging environment, leading a team of Commercial Tyre Technicians who work remotely and often in challenging situations and with critical timeframes.
You will provide operational leadership to your team, which can include, day to day HR duties, allocation of workload (resource management) and key reporting for your depot.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the overall commercial performance of your depot. You will be comfortable in a customer facing role; Our Depot Managers are frequently involved in bidding/tendering for new business and conducting service reviews in partnership with our Commercial team or Account managers.
As your team will often work remotely, you will be competent in managing a field-based team. Making the best use of your time to drive employee engagement, identify and address any skill/knowledge gaps within your team and identify future talent within our business.
You will share Tructyre’s passion for engagement ensuring you and your team are best placed to build strong relationships across our depot network and the wider business.
Commercial Tyre Fitting experience is desirable but not essential.
As a Depot Manager you will receive a basic salary of £37,249 per annum. Due to the nature of the role, you can expect to increase your earning potential with a very attractive management related bonus.
