Salary: £48,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits and Car or Car cash allowance ($£6,600 per annum)

Location: London, Near Kingscross, N1 9NL hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week)

Duration: 12 months FTC (dependent on project roll out)

What you'll be doing;

The Deployment Manager will lead and implement business change projects, of value up to £3m, to optimise, evolve and grow Veolia. Heading up a team of implementation leads. The position will manage and help deploy and support the new operational system across 44 sites in the UK. Some of the duties involved will be the following:

  • Extensive Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support the Programme Manager in planning and site cutover activities including data migration with the Commercial business and liaise with the product team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide on-site support if and when necessary throughout the roll-out
  • Plan and aid delivery of on site face to face training to Commercial depots across 44 sites in the UK.
  • Work with the Programme Manager and Product Owner to ensure successful site go lives.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the communication plan with the comms team for each site.

The role makes a significant contribution to Veolia’s business strategy and requires skill and tenacity in the areas of business change, IT technology procurement, negotiation, multi-disciplinary and external resource management. The successful candidate will deliver impactful IT projects in the business and be directly responsible for the project outcome.

  • Engage with internal customers and have strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Manage activities of the project team resources and stakeholders to deliver business change.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in project frameworks and methodologies.
  • Drive projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Prepare and present project plans, status reports, budgets, risk and issues logs, options appraisals, cost benefit studies and recommend funding and resources.
