The temporary staffing deployment team are the main point of contact for all nursing and midwifery temporary staffing workforce and ward staff. You will guide candidates through their recruitment journey and coordinate their experience as a member of the temporary workforce.
As a Deployment Assistant, you must have an excellent telephone manner as well as being able to communicate clearly and effectively via email and face-to-face. You will need to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, ward staff and internal stakeholders. You must have the ability to work as part of a team whilst managing your individual workload.
