Due to expansion here at LearnDirect we're looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our existing team of sales executives in our Dental Team.
Our team are professionals in the field and dedicated to supporting learners get started on their journey to becoming a Dental Nurse, one of the most important professions within the oral healthcare sector.

About the role:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to warm leads, who have enquired through one of our multiple adverts
- Work with potential students to understand which of our specialist dental courses would best suit their goals and walk them through the package they'll receive
- You'll be responsible for enrolling new students onto their chosen course within the Dental field
- Taking payments for new enrolments and current students throughout their course
- Liaising with dental faculty team on student journey
- Daily reporting
- Maintaining dental knowledge/ attending dental training session
What you need:
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience in the dental industry – essential
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- A born communicator, you’ll have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- A flexible team player, you’ll be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use your own initiative, whilst sharing in the successes of others
- IT literate
