Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments and scheduling, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
  • Contact potential patients to schedule appointments, showcasing your proactive nature.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the practice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, making patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Act as the friendly and welcoming face of our practice, representing us professionally.
  • Utilise social media platforms for potential marketing and patient engagement purposes (a bonus).

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
