Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen at our family dental practice in Wath upon Dearne, South Yorkshire for the right candidate to undertake an apprenticeship in Dental Nursing. This is an excellent chance to gain a qualification and earn at the same time.
Your duties will include:
Assisting the dentists with suction, mixing materials and setting up the surgery, developing x-rays, cleaning and sterilising instruments as well as working on reception including answering the phone and booking appointments

Job Type / Category
The role will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8.45am to 6pm with an hour for lunch break
On satisfactory completion a permanent position will be offered.
The salary will be reviewed regularly during the apprenticeship
Before starting your apprenticeship, you would be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
You will be required to undertake the following immunisations where they are not current; Hepatitis B inoculation
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Grade A-C in Maths and English (Grade 9-4) or there will be a requirement to complete functional skills
