Job description
We are looking for a qualified dental nurse to work as a Treatment Co-ordinator across our two sites in Leeds.
The candidate will receive training for following up leads and to carry out itero scans on patients. You will be the main point of contact for patients starting Invisalign, from first phone call to the end of the treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement the ‘Patient Journey’.
- Manage TCO appointment diary.
- Plan and maintain TCO consultation area (see Cons Room Requirements doc): - Relevant IT resources, Patient education resources. Environment
- Provide complimentary consultations with patients in order to increase: Digital scanning, Case acceptance and Cash-flow & productivity
- Responsible for the patient journey from beginning to end.
- Responsible for patient financial arrangements: Estimates, Payment Schedule, Methods of payment, Agreeing discounts, Finance applications, Insurance claims
- Responsible for the delivery of all post-op care forms and follow-up phone calls & communications.
- Build relationships with both new & existing patients by offering personalised care & support.
- Assist the GDP in the treatment planning process of complex cases by writing treatment plans and chasing up outstanding treatment plans
- Take before and after photos
- Collect testimonials and show patients how to write google reviews.
- Keep social media up to date with daily posts on Facebook, Instagram.

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

- dental nursing: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- GDC registration (required)
