Dementia Care Partner

Caring for our residents and making sure they live, love and be loved is a big priority for us and in the newly created role of Dementia Care Partner, you will support us to make sure we do just that.

This is a specialist role and so we expect that you will have extensive post registration experience with the ability to provide leadership and support across every level of the business. The successful candidate will be committed to working with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and enhance their skills in this area including providing specialised nursing assessment and health care intervention. It is an exciting time to be joining Oakland Care in this high-profile role as you will lead on developing and shaping our dementia care strategy in 2023 and beyond.

This is a hands on role which would suit someone who is a good communicator, able to influence across all levels of the business and who is able to manage their own workload and prioritise. In particular, you will be able to think both in and outside the box and be innovative. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a similar role within the health and social care sector and who brings with them a passion for delivering person centred care.

Location: Regional role covering London and Southeast.

Hours: Part time (3 or 4 days per week) Days to suit

Pay: £65,000 pro rata plus £3,000 car allowance

Contract: Part-time 24 or 36 hours, Permanent
