Demand Planning Manager:

Role summary:
As Demand Planning Manager you will have a critical role running Mitsubishi LES’s Monthly PSI (Purchase Sales Inventory) process ensuring that all Forecasting elements have been accurately represented within the documentation. You will be responsible for a Team of Planning Analysts, managing them to hit deadlines in order to ensure that PO’s can be raised on time and within budget as well as in line with Sales Demands.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Develop and execute Demand Planning strategies, including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management and help the Ops Team maximise Order Fulfilment in line with Customer Demands while minimising stock outs and excess inventory.
- Analyse historical Sales Data, Market Trends and Customer Behaviour to identify Demand patterns and adjust Forecasts accordingly.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Production Teams to ensure seamless co-ordination and alignment between Demand and Supply.
- Sourcing and delivering a new Automated Forecasting System, steering the Team away from manual Excel spreadsheets in order to match the businesses growth Demands.
