What you’ll do
As the Delivery Manager for Tools & Interfaces (T&I) within Networks in the UK, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of new IT/OSS system requirements and upgrades to directly support our operational teams and help support the businesses wider Network Development strategy.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to assist with the delivery of these initiatives. You will also be collaborating with Data and Business Analysts to drive these initiatives forwards.
This role will involve driving the delivery of actions across various Tools & Interfaces boards. supporting the development of new tools & Interfaces requirements relating to the sharing of networks across both operators and assisting with the resolution of various data and IT related issues.
Who you are
An individual with the following skills and attributes:
Experience working in a telecom’s environment, specifically in Network Deployment, RAN or Network Operations (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G)- Experience hosting workshops and meetings involving senior and executive stakeholders
- Familiar working in an agile environment
- Experience managing projects in either a Telco, Technology, or IT environment
- Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Office & Power Platform
- Software Development Fundamentals
