Job description
We are looking for an office administrator to help with the day to day operations of a small family run electrical company based in Billericay, Essex. The candidate will work closely with the MD and help organise and plan upcoming works. See below responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Updating job reports
- Tracking completed jobs
- Organizing engineer works
- Liaising with clients where required
- Completing certification when reports come back from engineers
Offer
- Full time Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- £22-25k per annum salary
