Job description
Moorfields R&D department requires a Study Delivery Manager to join the Research Administration team.
The post holder will act as the lead in management and delivery of a studies conducted within the Trust. A key responsibility of this role is to ensure all regulatory approvals are submitted, in place and maintained by working with study teams and Principle Investigators. The post holder will ensure successful delivery of patient recruitment targets and will be responsible for the studies running in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
The post holder will have past experience of clinical research ideally in a research manager role, with a sound working knowledge of current UK clinical trials regulations and Good Clinical Practice requirements. They must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. He/she will be required to work flexibly and to organise their workload and cope with conflicting demands on their time but prioritise their work accordingly.
The nature of the role requires excellent communication and organisation skills and a high level of computer literacy.
The post holder should have keen interest in the management of Clinical Research.
