Job description
We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets,
- Implementing best practices and ensure internal policies and procedures are followed
- Continuously improving processes to meet customer requirements
- Managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing partner/supplier relationships and identify any gaps that may affect delivery
- Assisting sales team with technical project scoping and quoting
- Attending pre-sales and post-sales client calls
- Understanding scope of works and managing the service team to deliver based upon the requirements
- Negotiating with partners to increase company profit margins
- Basic level of technical understanding to communicate project based work for things such as:
Wireless Surveys
SD-WAN roll-outs
AP & Cabling installs
Staff Augmentation
Hardware Maintenance Support (Enterprise / Data Centre)
EUC Dispatch contracts
