The Role
You will be working as a Delivery Lead across a spectrum of client accounts, bringing lean-thinking and agility to ensure that things go faster in a controlled, well thought through, data driven manner that goes hand in hand with delivery excellence. We want to deliver incremental value rapidly and regularly, through continuous improvement, while always aiming on simplicity.
Knowledge and experience

- Demonstrable experience of leading digital, product-centric deliveries
- Demonstrable experience of working with user centred design and development techniques for digital services
- Experience of leading delivery teams with a DevSecOps culture majoring upon continuous delivery & improvement principles
- Good knowledge of agile and lean digital delivery practices with practical experience of working in hybrid organisations
- Experience of working with and managing multiple delivery partners
- Strong understanding of financial management related to product/project delivery
- Preferable experience of working in a consultancy firm
- Preferable knowledge of delivering complex change across large organisations
- Preferable experience of working in policy-led environments and dealing with demanding stakeholders
- Communicates effectively and responsibly at senior leadership level
- Sets or shapes strategy for a digital product / service
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills – a natural leader that teams look to for guidance
- An exceptional organiser, co-ordinator and problem solver with the ability to work with product roadmaps and delivery teams in response to evolving priorities.
