Delivery Team 3.5t Luton - Driver & Drivers Mate Or 2 x Drivers

Kit It Out Ltd was established in December 2022 by 2 friends with a vision to grow a business supplying Furniture & Appliances to Landlords, Letting Agents, Property Investors & Property Developers from our head office based in LS25 (Garforth, Leeds), with a combined experience of over 30 years within this sector we are expecting rapid growth so we are keen to find the correct delivery and installation teams to join our family here at Kit it Out.
Roles:
Deliver and install both domestic furniture and appliances across the north of England (on the odd occasion this maybe further), for example building flatpack furniture on site, bedframes, dining sets etc and installing appliances, washing machines and other domestic appliances, Ideally we would like to employ a team of 2 drivers then the salary can be split equally, this is not essential, If we can find the correct team of a driver and drivers mate the salary will be split accordingly.
Salary Per A Team Of 2:
40 Hours Per Week
Overtime Extra Paid 1.5 rate
£55,000.00 Split Per Team Accordingly
The working hours are 9am - 5.30pm weekdays and overtime if required, also Saturdays maybe required during our busy period of July to October.
Over and above this, after your first year of employment we would look to opt you into our company profit share scheme, this bonus will be based on both company profits at the end of the financial year and the delivery team’s performance overall.
Requirements:
Ideally a full UK Licence
Able to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle
