In-Home Appliance and Furniture Delivery and Installation Specialist

Superior Logistics Ohio, a premier customer-oriented delivery company, is currently seeking experienced and skilled Drivers and Helpers to join our team as In-Home Appliance and Furniture Delivery Installation Specialists. We are excited to announce the opening of our new delivery hub in Miamisburg, Ohio in late August or early September. Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver and install various types of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and Otr microwaves, into customers' homes and businesses.
- Knowledgeably handle water line hookups and ensure proper installation of appliances.
- Deliver and assemble various types of furniture, ensuring accurate placement and setup.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Follow scheduled routes and timeframes to ensure on-time deliveries and installations.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery records and customer sign-offs.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and answer any questions related to the installed appliances and furniture.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivering and installing appliances and furniture, including knowledge of water line hookups and the ability to handle various types of appliances.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform manual labor.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.

- Pay for Drivers: Ranging from $180 to $300 or more per day.
- Pay for Helpers: Ranging from $130 to $240 or more per day.
