Responsibilities::

Complete deliveries to licensed premises and LCBO stores in company van as provided, working to daily delivery schedule

Provide first class customer service skills, building strong business relationships with all customers

Respond to customer service issues, contacting sales reps if necessary

Restock customer’s coolers where necessary and collect all empties

Comply with CVOR regulations

Conduct business in a professional manner including dressing in a tidy company uniform, keeping a clean and maintained delivery vehicle

Promote Steam Whistle’s Accounts Receivable Policy; advising customers of their account status and demonstrating how receipts/empty credits will be applied

Control of cash collection and receipts at point of sale, deliver marketing material to customers as required

Ensure vehicle is driven within safety limits of the law, being courteous to other road users at all time.

Complete daily trip inspection and time record paperwork in accordance with company policy and MTO regulations.

Experience and qualifications::

• Excellent customer service skills
• Physically fit as repetitive lifting of heavy products
• Clean abstract G licence
• Competent driving skills and knowledge of Ottawa and surrounding areas is preferable
• Forklift licence is an asset

This is a Monday through to Friday working week - approximately 40 hours per week. Initially a summer position with opportunity for further shifts at the end of the season
