Are you an experienced delivery driver looking for an exciting opportunity?
SM1 Logistics Ltd is seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our team as Multi-Stop Delivery Drivers. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and timely deliveries to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily delivery routes, making a minimum of 100 stops per day while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Safely load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and care to prevent damage.
- Adhere to delivery schedules, meeting deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Utilize navigation tools and systems effectively to plan optimal routes and minimize delivery times.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery driving.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic rules and regulations.
- Ability to effectively navigate using GPS and other navigation tools.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting and carrying packages up to 20-30kg. A trolley will be provided to help manage the load.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet daily delivery targets.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to work schedules.
- Familiarity with package tracking and delivery software is a plus.
