Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our London and East Anglian UK Team as a Service Delivery Expert in our Buildings Management System business.
In this role you will join an experienced team supporting a diverse and exciting customer base, including Hospitals, Government facilities, Shopping Centres, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing sites to name a few.
You will not only deliver BMS support to an allocated base, but also provide a proactive approach and develop meaningful relationships with your customers and demonstrate our values whilst helping to drive the service transformation and software solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Embedding Safety as our No.1 priority by leading the team's adherence to HSE policies and processes, ensuring requirements are always met by engineers, including completion RAMS, use of PPE, Near Misses reporting and presentation of HSE Tool-Box talks. Carry out HSE audits on customer sites, recording results and reporting the same to the customer
  • Take ownership of the team skills matrix and provide training on legacy products and transitions as well as guidance for future requirements
  • Assisting the SOM to develop productive and rewarding relationships with the key customers in the area to grow our business and demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric.
  • Be the first line escalation for technical issues encountered by the service team, providing help and support when necessary
  • Working with the team coordinator to ensure the service team are fully utilised and we achieve, or exceed, our operational commitments to our customers when delivering PPM, reactive repairs or Field Quote works
  • Develop your knowledge of the region’s financial commitments, working with the Service Operations Manager and local team to meet budgets and forecasts. Support with the identification of new opportunities, including Asset Health, BMS Health, service led transitions, field quotes and delivery of said opportunities specifically around software upgrades and transitions.
Qualifications:
Skills and attributes:

  • Qualified to degree level in relevant discipline (Engineering and/or Business) or equivalent BMS experience
  • Be able to demonstrate related work experience in field service environment with customer facing engagement, positive CSAT feedback and Field Quote success
  • Be able to build a good customer relationship, and a strong collaboration with internal teams too
  • Knowledge and experience of Schneider Electric products and software solutions
  • The ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Hold a full driving license
