Delivery Associate Compensation & Benefits

• $19.25 / hour regular time if you work a minimum 4 days a week
• $28.87 / hour Overtime (5-10 hours of OT per 2 week period) if you work 4+ days/week
• Weekly Performance Bonus $20 a week (after 6 months $40 a week - after 1 year $60 a week)
• $250.00 Referral Bonus
• 8 hour guarantee (if you finish your route before 8 hours you still get paid 8 hours!)

Delivery Associate Schedules: Shifts are approximately 9:30a.m. to 6:00pm.

• Four days 8-10 hour days per week; must be able to work one weekend day

Delivery Driver Duties

• Use a provided handheld device for routing and delivery info
• Safely drive and operate your delivery van
• Navigate a variety of routes
• Be comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Load and deliver packages
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs

Delivery Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Eligible to work in the US
• Valid Drivers License from any state
• Consent to a pre-employment drug test (does not include THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
