The Manager of Drug Delivery Innovation leads the team responsible for early stage investigation, assessment, and adoption of emerging technology concepts to drive the device portfolio strategy. We are looking for someone who can optimally support relationship management for internal and external partners and suppliers in order to assure efficient communication and alignment of projects.

As the Manager of Drug Delivery Innovation, a typical day might include the following:

• Using industry knowledge to investigate and build emerging drug delivery device landscapes
• Build strategic relationships with key external players in new technology spaces.
• Building cross-functional support for new device initiatives across R&D, development, and manufacturing.
• Providing project management to guide early stage device developments to success
• Establishing and maintaining the team’s project timelines, including forecasting annual spend and ensuring planned expenses are incurred within the timeline
• Collaborating with internal & external partners, including Legal and Sourcing, to review applicable contracts such as Master Service Agreements.
• Engage with Regeneron’s Intellectual Property counsel to lead Regeneron device and primary container IP portfolio
• Confirming all work activities are conducted in a manner that stays aligned with regulations and industry standards
• Representing IOPS and the Combination Product Development group at industry meetings and forums

To be considered for this role, you must have a BS in Science, Engineering, or a related field experience in design, development, and management in the medical device/pharmaceutical/biotech industry. A Master’s degree or PhD in related fields is a plus. Experience in drug delivery innovation is required.

• Associate Manager – 6+ years experience
• Manager – 7+ years experience
• Sr Manager – 8+ years experience

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.$97,400.00 - $217,500.00
