Job description

My client in Southampton is currently recruiting multi-drop delivery drivers on a temp-to-perm basis.

Job Details:
  • You'll be delivering and collecting parcels from lockers and shops rather than customers' houses.
  • Although the parcels are not very heavy there are lots of them so being physically fit is an essential part of the role.
  • You must also comply with safe manual handling techniques.
  • Working hours start between 10 am and 11 am and 40 hours per week.
  • You would be expected to work 5 over 7 but would have a rota in advance.
  • Immediate starts available.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
  • You’ll need a full UK driving license with a 3.5 Tonne entitlement. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however, all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
  • Previous experience of multi-drop.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A safety-first mindset.
  • Must be physically fit.
