Job description
We currently have permanent full-time and part-time positions available within our transport department.
The hours of work for this position will be approximately 05.00 to end of shift. We operate deliveries from Monday to Saturdays. Full time vacancies can be 5 shifts or 6 shifts. Part time vacancies are available for discussion over the working week.
The role mainly consists of reverse loading of a transit van with meat products for approximately two hours then the remainder of the shift driving a set route (having been trained on that route) to deliver to pubs and restaurants and other catering venues.
Candidates must hold a valid B licence and have previous experience in driving vans or larger vehicles desirable. Knowledge of meat products and familiarity of driving multi-drop in the East Midlands is desirable.
Wages: £11.80 per hour
