What you’ll do
- Greet guests and take care of requests
- Make extra beds and fold sheets
- Remove rubbish, recycling, dirty linen and room service items
- Collect any laundry and deliver to linen room.
- Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions.
- Understand and comply with loss prevention policies and procedures.
As well as on the job training, your Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Team Member will be completed through Inspiro Learning and it includes time spent at the beginning of the programme completing your enrolment & initial functional skills assessments, as well as an End point assessment to complete your training and gain your qualification. A qualified Assessor will regularly visit you in the workplace.

With this role you will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on day shifts although there may be the need to cover the odd late should the need arise.
