Recruiting now: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at the iconic University Arms Cambridge.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A customer-focused individual who can consistently deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
An individual to provide a friendly, efficient linen porter service throughout the hotel and to ensure assistance in other areas of the department and to promote the Company Mission Statement through continual demonstration of the Personality.
You will need to be:
- Fully aware of all hotel facilities and activities.
- To be involved in the daily operation of the Linen room
- Able to dispatch and collect linen where necessary to and from departments as required
- Happy to assist with processing of both guest and team members laundry and dry cleaning as required.
- Able to deal with the moving of furniture i.e beds, cots etc
- Fully aware of all security procedures laid down by the hotel
- Able to consistantly deliver superior customer service
