We currently specialise in providing professional qualifications for a range of products including Human Resources, Learning and Development, Management and Leadership, Project Management, Property Agency, Conveyancing and Digital Learning Design. MOL offer high quality blended learning programmes developed and delivered by specialists in the field.
We now have an exciting opportunity join us in the position of Delivery Assistant on a permanent, full time basis (37 hours per week).
In this role you will provide an accurate, efficient and timely administration service including maintaining learner records, raising purchase orders in line with credit control processes as well as liaising with awarding organisations, clients or customers to resolve queries.
As a Delivery Assistant working for Total People we can guarantee variety, support and a great company to work for! Although you will be working remotely you will be part of a supportive and experienced team, so help is always on hand. Our teams get together both virtually and in one of our many centres on a regular basis.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Assist Delivery Coordinators on quality processes and contribute to new projects within the business
- Assessment related activity, including assessment quality reviews
- Respond to customer complaints in s timely manner.
- Learner qualification registrations
- Learner certification

- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
