Delivery Driver
JOB SUMMARY
Legends Haul and Acecard Food Group, an elevated cold freight delivery company , who typically delivers to businesses in BC, is looking for high energy people with a passion for food and zest to grow with a startup. We are looking for an experienced Driver to help grow our wholesale business. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles. Driver’s abstract will be required upon initial interview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be willing to drive sprinters and 1-3 ton trucks
- Strong organizational skills for route planning and documentation tracking
- Ability to lift 60-80lbs at minimum
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out
- Support warehouse organization; receiving; pick/pack when needed
- Must be willing to work 3-4 hours on Saturday (in December ONLY); OT wage provided if applicable
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Prior experience working as a driver is an asset
- Professional and responsible conduct
- Teamwork skills and good verbal communication skills
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
- Ability to provide great Customer Service to all our clients by building and maintaining relationships
