DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill our part time and full time Delivery Drivers positions!
The Drivers are really the backbone of the company and are our feet on the ground. Drivers play an important role in the customer and dispensary experience. Accordingly, great customer service is a huge part of the job.
Drivers are critical to the daily operations of our business and are an essential point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for picking up products from our retail dispensary partners and delivering it directly to our customers. Some orders are fulfilled on-demand while others are scheduled for next day delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Navigate routes using app based programs and google maps.
- Transport company product between to patients.
- Provide excellent customer service, as well as multitask and work under limited supervision.
- Abide by all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Assist with continued review and process improvement.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Prior delivery or dispensary experience would be helpful, though not required.
- Must have a valid drivers license and car.
- A deep understanding of the local area is desired.
- Must be at least 21+ years old.
- MUST have a clean driving record.
- Pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record review prior to beginning employment (note - drug screening will also be required in Maryland).

Our technology platform manages the purchases and customer experience, and our team of drivers handles the deliveries for the dispensaries. We operate in Maryland, DC, Virginia and Missouri.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
