We need a multi-drop driver with experience delivering delicate luxury food items to customers! Fun outgoing friendly personality essential. We offer guaranteed hours, a new modern van and £11to £11.50 per hour (depending on experience). Many of our customers order online so our driver is the only person they interact with in Flavourtown so lovely people delivering our cakes is top priority!

About the role:
We're looking for a unique person that has amazing customer service and people skills and who is organised, methodical and has a real pride in being part of a small team and making good things happen. You'll part of a team of four Flavourtown drivers who deliver our cakes, cupcakes, brownies and cookies across London seven days a week! You'll be delivering Birthday cakes to customers homes, dropping cupcakes at events and making sure that orders that have been pre-booked from our web-shop are delivered to our stores.
This role will also include delivering ingredients to our stores and the right candidate will be a real team player who's happy to role up their sleeves on quieter delivery days and help out where needed in the business. You'll need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kilos.
The position is five shifts per week on a rota system, you won't be required to work every Saturday and Sunday and you'll get full weekend off every third week! You will have a contract with guarenteed 32-40 hours per week.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Loading/unloading van
- Multi drop deliveries to commercial and residential locations
- Giving outstanding customer service as you deliver our treats directly to customers.
- Interacting with our customer service team and Kitchen Managers in our stores.
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy delivery van
- Able to work under pressure, think on your feet and stay calm.
- Organise your work loads efficiently
- Able to work flexible shifts
Essential requirements
- Full clean uk driving licence
- No criminal record
- Able to work weekends
- Past experience handling a luxury food item preferred
- Previous multi-drop deliver experience
- Outstanding spoken English
- Able to comfortably move heavy loads
- Must have bags of common sense and an understanding of how your role impacts our customers and business
- Min. 2 year UK work visa
- Already based in the UK with right to live here
- Have experience of London's 'unique' traffic

- You're super friendly and our customers will love you! Sometimes when orders are placed through our web-shop you'll be the only representative they physically meet from the brand.
