Job description
Fixings Warehouse, a local family run business are looking to recruit a Delivery Driver. The position will be based at our Charing Branch working Monday – Friday 8am-4pm. You will normally deliver around 10 drops per day, so this is quality rather than quantity!
Due to our Insurance Coverage the applicant must be 25 or over.
A good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage as would experience in a warehouse environment. An ability to liaise with customers and provide excellent customer service is essential. The position does involve some heavy lifting and some computer knowledge would also be advantageous.
As a company we pride ourselves on Excellent Customer Service and as our Delivery Driver you will be expected to continue this for every customer you deliver to. Working as part of a team is essential as you will be expected to assist in warehouse duties as and when required.
As the Delivery Driver you will be required to maintain the basic every day needs of the Company Van, ensuring it is clean, tidy and roadworthy.
Holiday Entitlement is 20 Days Plus Bank Holidays
Salary dependent on Experience.
