Enfys Foundation is currently looking for a Delivery Driver to be responsible for collections and deliveries of furniture, house clearances and stock transfer from warehouse to our shops in Neath Port Talbot. The successful applicant would be driving a van and will be accompanied by a volunteer and will be expected to cover deliveries and collections in the South Wales Area.

• Ability to communicate at all levels, including the Chief Executive, service providers, right through to the vulnerable clients we support and serve.

Job duties

• Delivering Furniture across South Wales
• Managing and navigating booking system.
• Leading a team & supervise volunteers.
• perform in fast-paced environments
• multitasking roles
• communicating with other staff, volunteers and customers via phone, email and texting.
• Provide accurate information regarding available products and services
• Resolve customer complaints
• Stock control

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Neath, Neath Port Talbot: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
