Skilled trades include Electrical, Framing & Drywall, HVAC, Plaster/Paint, Plumbing, Sprinkler/Fire, Structural, and Welding. The current development of DBNC is our exciting project building the Rook Hotel, other projects include the development and maintenance of other company-owned properties.

The main role and responsibility for the Delivery Driver is to pickup materials safely and efficiently and deliver to our various sites as needed within our time-schedule and assigned routes.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe, timely manner
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- Operating Skid Steer Loader when needed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Comply with health and safety regulations when operating equipment or walking on the job site

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
