Due to a new acuisition in Montrose, we are looking for new team members to help us grow and develop in order to bring Davidsons Chemists to the community of Montrose.

We are looking for a Delivery Driver from 7.5 hours per week, working 1.5 hours per day. Use of own veichle required.

What does the job entail?

As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver, your overall responsibility will be to carry out the delivery of medication to patients’ homes and collection of prescriptions from GP surgeries. You will work as part of the Pharmacy team, under the guidance of the Pharmacist in a respectful and supportive environment, providing a high-quality service to our patients and customers.

In the role of Pharmacy Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the handling of important medication and ensuring it is delivered to the correct patient.

You will be dealing with vulnerable people within the community therefore you must understand the importance of always carrying out your job in a professional and confidential manner.

You will have good communication skills as you will need to relay appropriate advice and provide support to patients at the point of delivery. You will act as an interface between the patient and our team back in the Pharmacy.

You will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
