DUTIES

• Deliver cannabis to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Inspect delivery vehicle prior to departure
• Follow assigned routes, safety procedures, and transportation regulations
• Verify the customer’s identity prior to making the delivery
• Ability to use apps and communicate with customers if necessary
• Reading and deciphering work orders
• Following customer orders or requests such as use side door, call upon delivery
• Confirming product information matches that of the work order
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle while following all security measures
• Keep open communication with management to ensure proper handling of all issues, and to ensure effective store operation and compliance with applicable rules and regulations
• Manage cash float for deliveries
• Collect payment if required upon delivery
• Other delivery duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Flexibility to be on call for delivery during 6-10 hour windows
• Valid Driver's License
• Sellsafe required but QCW not required
• Clean criminal record and drivers abstract
• Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• You have excellent customer service
• Manage multiple tasks effortlessly
• Work well under pressure
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal communication skills
• You are passionate about cannabis
• Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
• You are open to feedback and growth within the team
• You demonstrate high levels of accountability
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders
• Ability to use apps and follow routes

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a vehicle to use for deliveries, fuel efficient is a bonus!
• Must be flexible with hours of work and duties
• Working smartphone with a data plan
• Clean criminal record
• Clean driving abstract

Compensation: $10 per delivery + Tips!
