Job description

Delivery Driver / Warehouse Person working from our Scunthorpe Head Office.

Benefits:

• Your deliveries will all be completed within a normal working day.
• You will be joining a small team of colleagues.
• All work wear and PPE provided.
• Full training provided as necessary.
• Monday to Friday; eight hour days with 60 minute lunch breaks.
• Payscale £11.00 - £12.00 subject to experience.

Day to Day

• 8.00am start.
• Your day will always commence from our Scunthorpe Head Office.
• Usually: delivering orders to customers or palletised loads within the Lincolnshire area to our regular sites.
• Providing relief to the warehouse and stores.
• You will sometimes return to base during the day to re-load for further deliveries.

Requirements:

• A full driving licence.
• Experience of driving light commercials will be useful.
• Self organisation and an ability to locate site addresses will be of benefit.
• To have the facility to communicate politely with customers and colleagues.
• The capability to work alone or as part of a team as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Scunthorpe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
