Job description
Cioffi's Group, a leading food distribution company, is seeking a skilled Van Delivery Driver to join our team. The Van Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting food products to various locations within the local Metro Vancouver area, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-owned vans to deliver food products to various locations within the local area
- Load and unload products onto and off of the van
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and obtain signatures from customers as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer concerns and inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Follow all safety and traffic laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
