Reporting to: CRM and Casino Director
Department: Central Casino
Purpose of the role:
The Head of Casino & Games Delivery will be responsible for helping grow the casino business and deliver a best-in-class casino product.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Casino and Games Delivery team, managing workloads of individual members and ensuring delivery of projects in line with business expectations.
- Implement the casino product strategy as agreed with the CRM and Casino Director.
- Work with the product team to deliver a best-in-class casino product.
- Manage commercial and day to day relationships with Key Game Suppliers.
- Work with the Head of CRM to ensure product casino features are utilised by the local country teams.
- Audit Invoices each month from Suppliers to ensure correct fees are being charged.
- In close collaboration with marketing and CRM, create and direct the planning of game and product releases.
- Prepare regular reports with clear insights into the performance and developments of casino products and content.
- Evaluate and improve new functionality and features in the casino product.
- Analyse competitor’s product development, promotions, and positioning.
- Track performance of casino content and continually optimise for local markets.
- Monitor player behaviour and trends across the casino product verticals.
- Produce monthly reports to determine high value site positioning and focal points of CRM campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.

- Experience of working in a multi-cultural, multi-site environment.
- Experience of working in a complex matrix organisation.
- Solid experience within online gaming and product management.
