Delivery Deployment Manager - SO/PO/GU Postcode Areas

RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for supporting the successful deployment of Delivery revisions in support of the revision teams deployment plan
- Provides support to create the opportunity revision plan for a number of units following established revision methodology and standard operating practices
- Builds strong working relationships with operational teams within the South Central Region to enable the successful implementation of the Delivery revision plan
- Builds strong working relationships within the OPL community to ensure long-term adherence within a number of units for changes implemented, including Post-Implementation review activity
- Ensures key revision tasks and change activity are completed to plan and to required national standard within a number of units, providing coaching where needed to ensure task completion
- Provides progress reporting to support Geography governance procedures and manages risks and issues with appropriate mitigation actions to ensure delivery of revisions to time and budget
- Works with Outdoor Technical Champions to enable the planning of future routes into an optimised delivery office environment as per the regional plan
- Drives the opportunity realisation required from the revision plan through strong plan management and working with the office to improve data quality used to determine productivity and measure performance (from sampling, IWT, RCS systems) and associated performance controls
- Confidently uses core Delivery tools and models to design and implement the structural change with an understanding of how approaches and tools from the Optimisation Simulator can support the revision plan
KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of working with national standards and procedures governing revision implementation
- Aware of standard delivery office management tools and approaches (e.g. resourcing to demand, data management systems and people systems)
- Experience of working with OPLs and operational teams to implement efficiency and productivity improvements
- Working knowledge of GeoRoute, MIRA, Duty Builder and IWT
- Extensive Experience and Ability to create, manage and provide governance of key revision information for a number of units
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and peers in order to ensure the tracking and completion of task management
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legal requirements
- Committed to coaching, supporting and developing others as well as themselves
SHIFT PATTERNS
The Shift Patterns are between 07:00 & 16:00, Monday to Friday with occasional Weekend Working to support Deployment Weekends.
