The Opportunity

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking construction delivery coordinator to join our established and growing team in Toronto.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting the construction delivery director related to planning, executing, monitoring, and closing construction team activities.
• Assisting with the development of status reports for project and updates.
• Logging project progress, technical issues, information requests.
• Scheduling meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track in support of team leads.
• Developing and maintaining the project action tracking matrix.
• Providing new and ongoing change support (between internal and external stakeholders)
• Assisting the project manager and team with the management of any unexpected problems demanding change (e.g., RFIs, corrective actions, change control, safety related issues)
• Supporting director with related functional activities.

About You

You have a post-secondary degree/diploma. You have experience of direct involvement within the transport and rail industry. You have experience on contractor side. You have experience coordinating customer relations. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams.
