We are currently in the market seeking to recruit a Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Siteworks team

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating a number of allocated projects, whilst undertaking the necessary tasks and required activities for the timely delivery of I&C service and/or metering projects, from acceptance through to completion
  • Ensure that operational SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide an effective and professional interface for Energy Assets Clients and Partners, supporting the Siteworks team in the delivery of Energy Assets services.
  • Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries from customers (shippers, suppliers, developers and other end users) and to ensure SLA’s and KPIs are met.
  • To ensure that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, particularly relating to GT1, GT2, GL/5, GSC and ONJOB processes.
  • To ensure internal approval processes are followed such as obtaining design approvals and SODA escalations
  • Ordering of materials required to complete project delivery.
  • Ensuring project budgets are adhered to and processing cost variations where required.
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required.

Vacancy Requirements

To be considered for this position you will have at least 1 - 2 year’s previous co-ordination experience ideally within a multi utility business. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
