Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• The Delivery Consultant's primary responsibility is to work with customers and perform the role of expert on application development for existing or new Financial Performance Management (FPM) applications incorporating the FPM products (Planning Analytics, TM1, CDM, and Controller) and may also encompass the wider Analytics toolset.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Planning Analytics, Planning Analytics Workspace(PAW), and associated technologies
• Being seen as a subject matter expert in Planning Analytics and TM1 to customers and colleagues
• The Principal Consultant takes leadership of the solution design adhering to both Proven Practice and driving innovation to ensure customer needs are met. Typically the Principal Consultant will lead design workshops to challenge and interrogate the requirement, presenting options and observations demonstrating a truly consultative approach
• Define and write Planning Analytics and TM1 implementation strategies, project best practice material and Services offerings
• Supporting client advocacy practices within Expert Labs (such as client success stories, references and NPS)
• Making all your customers successful whilst achieving key metrics for yourself and Expert Labs
• Involvement with Product Development regarding specific product related issues, suggest improvements, participate in new version review

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in working in a team environment to deliver assignments/projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Planning Analytics, TM1 delivery/implementation Experience OR strong finance background, thought leadership qualities, with TM1 familiarization
• Full project lifecycle experience of Planning/Cognos – Initiation/Design through to Go Live
• Experienced in data engineering and basic data science methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices in delivering IT projects.
• Good communication skills to articulate challenges and solutions in a client environment.
• Consulting Experience, in a customer facing role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Achieved PAW, TM1 Master Class (Black belt) accreditation
• Experience of delivering solutions for Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, Scorecarding and Management Reporting
• Track record of successful project delivery to customers
• Previous experience with Cognos cross product integration (i.e. BI on TM1 or Controller) preferred
• FAP/integration experience
• Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture design, documentation, and best practices
• Experience in leading technical team
• Experience in mentoring others
