Job description
The Dean of Students is responsible for leadership and supervision of student programming and services with an emphasis on student development, success, retention and graduation. General areas of responsibility include Academic Advising, Counseling & Student Success services, Tutoring, Student Life and New Student Orientation. The Dean assists the Vice President for Student Affairs with administering and enforcing the college's Code of Conduct, and serves as the Title IX Coordinator for student-related matters. The Dean is student-focused, conversant with data and assessment, and provides sound advice and guidance to students and stakeholders throughout the college.
A master's degree and experience in student services programs with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
