We have an opening to join our security team at a luxury residential development in central London. Reporting to the security manager, and working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. You will be an expert in security and customer service who will be supporting the team in building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors. You will also have excellent communication skill, the ability to read body language and manage challenging situations. This is 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern, working 12 hours shifts from 8am to 8pm. Salary £28,000 pa / £13.99 ph Required Licence(s): SIA Door Supervisor or SIA CCTV Preferred Qualifications & Licences: IOSH Managing Safely Emergency First Aid at Work UK Driving Licence About The Role Responsibilities – Ensuring that accurate logs are maintained for any visitors, deliveries and are announced and escorted to resident apartments as per the set operating practices. Ensuring a high-level attention to detail in all aspects of the role job, whether it is resident service or maintaining and managing the building to the required immaculate level. Actively and positively engage with colleagues, residents, visitors, clients, and our fellow service providers to ensure a seamless service experience can be created. Also ensuring that a great working relationship is maintained with our client and other departments within the wider estate management team.
