Job description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic daytime manager. Jesper’s bar and kitchen is an award nominated and operated Restaurant & Bar in a prestigious retail area of Harrogate. We aim to produce exciting innovative food and drinks that delight and inspires our guests every time they visit.
Our daytime manager will take charge of lunch service and ensure that BOH duties are taken care of. You might be asked to help out on the odd occasion in the evening to cover holidays or sickness.
Criteria required:
· Able to take full control of the lunch service and setup of the restaurant/bar
· Experienced leading a team in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team effectively.
· Good communication and time management skills
· Self-motivated, with a professional and positive work attitude
· Likes working in a fast-paced environment
· Desire and experience working with fresh quality seasonal produce
· An eye for detail and presentation
· Knowledgeable and able to adhere to food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times
Ideal Working hours
Full time hours across 4-5 days over 7. primarily 9 - 6pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
