We are currently seeking Receptionist team members to support our team and guests at
Point A Hotels - Kings Cross
The role’s primary focus is on ensuring every single guest has an unforgettable experience at our hotel.
Key requirements.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Auditing and banking end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Supporting other teams in the hotel and ensuring effective shift handovers.

The salary will increase from £10.50 per hour to £11.25 per hour after successful probationary period.
Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute to property locations.

About the role
We currently are seeking a Receptionist/Host to join our fantastic team at Point A Hotel in Kings Cross. The role’s primary focus is on ensuring our guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay at our hotel without issues or fuss.
